Subscription Policy for Sour Apple Shop

Cancellation Period:

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel their order for eligible products.

Cancellation Method:

Order cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer's account on our Shopify store or by contacting our customer support at smokaay64@gmail.com.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only orders for non-customized and non-perishable products are eligible for cancellation. Orders for personalized or customized items, as well as perishable goods, cannot be canceled.

Custom and Personalized Products:

Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Customers will be notified of the production status before confirming their purchase.

Perishable Goods:

Orders for perishable goods, such as food items, flowers, or other time-sensitive products, cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.
